UQ eSpace: manage your research outputs and datasets

Everything you need to know about using UQ eSpace to keep your research output and research data profile up to date

My works

On this page you can:

  • View a full list of your works in UQ eSpace. You should periodically review this list to ensure that it is complete and accurate.
Please note: The system automatically links new works to your profile based on institutional affiliations and researcher identifiers that are linked to your UQ eSpace profile via your curated ORCID.  Linked identifiers include your ORCID ID, ResearcherID, and Scopus ID.
  • View publication metrics including citation counts and altmetric score. When available, "View full statistics" links to more detailed citation analysis of the work.
  • Verify your open access (OA) works via an orange OA icon for currently open access items and a greyed-out icon for works with an embargo. The open access release date is viewable by hovering over the grey icon and viewing the pop-up content.
  • Select a REQUEST CORRECTION button that enables you submit corrections, upload files and add an optional content indicator.

  • Click on the title of the work to view full record details.
