Everything you need to know about using UQ eSpace to keep your research output and research data profile up to date

Choose where to publish

Choosing where to publish and how to promote your research is critical.

The Journal search tool in UQ eSpace allows you to search UQ's curated strategic publishing data to help you make an evidenced based decision.

Refine and rank results by indexing and a range of metrics

  • You can sort journals by a range of metrics, including CiteScore, JIF, SJR, SNIP.

  • Filter journals that belong to lists (such as the Australian Business Dean’s ABDC, CWTS Leiden)

  • Filter journals that are indexed by particular databases or providers

  • The Compare button makes it easy to refine your shortlist further and directly compare journal level metrics.

Investigate journal scope, peer review processes, and publisher details

  • Click on a journal title to view title level information in detail.

  • Links are provided to access further information, verify open access status, and view other UQ authors who have published in the journal.
