URLs can be included in a citation to aid retrieval of sources. See AGLC4 rule 4.4 p 90 for further information:

• Enclose URL between point brackets < >
• Do not include date of retrieval.

Permalinks can be used as well as, or instead of, URLs. See AGLC4 rule 4.5 p 90

• Precede the permalink with the words 'archived at'
• Enclose permalink between point brackets < >
