Publish and update course reading lists

Learn how to access, edit and maintain your course readings list. Information on how to use lists with EndNote. Understand copyright requirements and compliance.

Get access

You need to gain access to the Talis reading list system as a List Publisher

  1. Contact to request access to your course reading lists.
  2. An invitation will be sent to you via an email from that will confirm your role as a List Publisher, which will allow you to edit and publish lists.

                Important information               Requests are usually processed within one working day. If you have not received your email within 24 hours, check your junk mail folder.

  1. Click the link to accept the invitation and enable your access.
  2. Log in to Talis Aspire to start working on your lists.

Add your reading list

1. Search for your list by course code. Make sure to select the list with the correct semester information. 

Course codes in Talis software display the location and semester details e.g. MKTG7501 St Lucia (Semester 2 2020)

2. Open the list. Add to your My Lists collection by clicking on +My Lists.

3. Your course will now be listed in My Lists.
