Citing ebooks

For downloadable ebooks, name the format; if no fixed page numbers are available, cite a section title or a chapter or other number in the note or leave out altogether.

If the ebook is a re-issue of an earlier print book, you may include the original date or reprint type etc but usually those details can be omitted.
