The LinkedIn Learning web interface has into 4 main areas; Home, My Career, Library, and Practice.
The LinkedIn Learning homepage has personalised suggestions based on your skills and activity. Explore Top picks for you, Trending for people in your industry, and Content from The University of Queensland.
My Career area allows you to set goals (advance, pivot, lead a team) and get tailored plans plus suggested career paths.
Your Library lets you quickly jump back into content you have started, completed or saved. You can also browse to explore content for specific areas or tools.
The Practice area lets you access tools like AI Role Play and Coding Practice that can assist in your learning and practicing real world skills. You can also access a list of courses with professional certifications.
When you activate your LinkedIn Learning account, your email address and name will be passed on to LinkedIn, as well as your cohort at UQ (e.g. Professional staff, student). This allows the platform to recommend relevant learning content and assess how users are engaging with the platform. Your use of the service is also subject to the LinkedIn User Agreement, Cookie Policy, and Privacy Policy, which note how data is collected and used by LinkedIn.
