Support and resources for Higher Degree by Research students

Discover the Library services, support and resources for new and continuing Higher Degree by Research (HDR) students including software, data management, research integrity, reviews, writing, proofreading, metrics and use of artificial intelligence (AI)

UQ software

Find the right software or tool for your research. Use tools to format written work, manage citations and analyse and present data.

Students can download and access software from the UQ Digital Workspace (see the full list of software). There is additional software available to researchers and staff through the UQ software catalogue. You may need to submit an IT request or contact your School or Faculty’s IT support to request access to these.

Referencing management

The Library provides access to the EndNote referencing software. You can download it to your personal or UQ device.

There are other referencing management tools that you can download and use. Compare the different referencing software.
