Author position

This Scopus blog explains the Author Position metric available via your Author Profile. It allows you to demonstrate your contributions to publications by showing when you were the first author, single author, co-author or last author.

Author position metrics show number of papers for first author, last author, co-author and single author.

Scopus only gives the author position on publications from the last ten years. It will not include the current year.
