Open data or sharing data is an option for UQ researchers to raise the visibility of their work, get credit for their research outputs and meet the requirements of funders and journal publishers.
Best practice in research data management requires that open datasets are stored in publicly accessible repositories. UQRDM and UQ eSpace are seamlessly integrated to meet this requirement.
You can publish your research datasets stored in UQRDM with:
- relevant metadata,
- license and access terms
- a DOI for citing and getting credit for your work.
Datasets can be Open Access or Mediated Access (with controls on how the data is released)
Follow this guide to share your datasets underpinning publications.
