Publish course reading lists

UQ teaching staff, learn how to access, edit and maintain your course reading list using Talis Aspire.

Pilot of new feature Talis Engage

We are currently piloting Talis Engage, a new feature designed to enhance student interaction with reading list materials. Engage allows for in-browser access to Microsoft 365 files, PDFs, audio files, and more. Students can annotate and comment directly on uploaded resources, fostering collaborative learning and deeper engagement with course content.

This feature is still in the early stages of implementation at UQ, and we are actively exploring its potential use cases. As part of the pilot, we are gathering feedback from teaching staff to help shape future procedures and best practices.

If you are interested in participating in the pilot or would like to learn more, please contact the library team. Your insights and experiences will be invaluable in helping us evaluate the effectiveness of this tool.
